WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a collaborative and interactive process developed to provide a platform for accelerated changes in personal and professional performance. At Pepper Leaf, we help clients establish and achieve their goals through one on one communication and research via Skype, Face Time, or in person. These communications will inspire, provoke, and enhance behavior that breathes life into your potential. With coaching, your focus and consistency will drive you towards your personal and professional goals, increasing your overall quality of life.

WHAT IS THE MAIN GOAL OF A COACHING SESSION?

The main goal is to zero in on your potential by investing in your powerhouse qualities (everyone has something they are exceptional at doing), isolating your road blocks, and narrowing down specific areas you are most focused on tackling to help you reach your potential.

CAN COACHING REALLY HELP ME CHANGE?

Yes, it can help everyone…even you! Pepper Leaf has witnessed many of our our clients transform with only a handful of sessions. Some of them came to us with their backs against the wall (recently losing their job with a need to provide for children) and others came to us with an accelerated drive and an ambitious timeline.  Coaching can fuel you towards an otherwise intimidating career change or help you establish a new direction for your entire life. Coaching can allow you to become the person you know you are or the person you always dreamed you could become. Here’s the secret - you have everything you need right there within you, you just need to polish it. 

HOW OFTEN MAY I MEET WITH MY COACH?

We meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly. The greatest investment you will give yourself is time and frequency provides the greatest return on your investment. Meeting this often allows us to provide “solo work”, discuss your progress, and create a healthy space for learning all while building a cadence together. 

WHERE MAY I MEET WITH MY COACH?

Coaching services can be conducted for individuals in person, via Skype, Face Time, or telephone. For corporate engagements, coaching services will be conducted on-site or over the phone/live video for remote clients and busy executives.
